Returns

To ensure customer satisfaction with each purchase, ODF HOLDING S.R.L.is committed to double-checking each item before shipment, thus ensuring that the product arrives in perfect condition. However, if you wish to exchange the goods or return the item for any reason, you may do so as long as the products are still intact and in their original packaging.

According to D.lgs.206/05, you have the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, a period that begins to count from the date of proven delivery.

For return, you can opt for:

  • Replacement of the article.
  • Reimbursement of the amount spent.

Note that any free gifts received with your order should be returned if you request a refund.

Conditions for withdrawal:

Before returning the package, we ask that you email us at gruppodafortunata@gmail.com with the following details:

  • First and last name
  • Pickup address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional)

We will arrange pickup through one of our couriers and provide you with all the necessary directions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but you are free to choose to use a courier of your choice.

The returned product must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days after receiving the order. Products must be returned undamaged, unused or damaged, and returned in their original packaging.

In case of non-acceptance of return:

If the return does not meet the mentioned conditions, ODF HOLDING S.R.L.reserves the right not to accept the return. In that case, you can choose to have the items shipped back to you at your own expense.

Time and method of reimbursement:

Once we receive your return and verify that all conditions have been met, you will receive a return acceptance confirmation. The refund will be made within 30 days of your withdrawal request and will depend on the original payment method.

For any returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products in transit.

Return shipping methods:

If you decide to take care of the return shipment yourself, after you have exercised your right of withdrawal and received confirmation from our staff, you can send the products to ODF HOLDING S.R.L.’s address, which will be communicated later.
